hey,
I prolly sound like a noob, but what are the best alcohols to use with BOH? I just realized that it could take something better than your "generic" alcohol

Yeah the fruit distallate works as an alchohol. As i grind up chef i actually stop to make new items sometimes. And i saw "This can be used an alternative to alchohol". Its ingredients are a little more then alchohol. BUt its got to be there for some reason. Who has numbers on how much better it makes things?

I personally use strictly aludium. However my impression is (from seeing results posted on this board and my own experience). Its better to use a low level alcohol that is made with awesome ingredients, the use a high level alcohol that is made with really poor ingredients.

I use Alu as well. However I experimented in depth the other day using plain alcohol and I was suprised at how close to the alu level I was able to get it. Maybe I need to tweak my alu experimentation hehe
