Just a pre-note, I am not on TC, nor have I dealt with any pre-patch chefisms. I have just always wanted to be a chef, and now that I have scrunged some cash together I am a master, with resources waiting for the new patch : ). Needless to say, I have been paying very close attention.

Now from what I see, from our list of BE comps... I see Nutrition being by far the best. This takes any type of "Creature food" so the type, or rarity of meat doesn't play a part in mass production. Additionally, it looks likely to add 30% at light 60% at med and 100% at max to nutrition. This would by far be our best option since, people will not need to use more for a bigger buff (as we are used to with pre-patch food), but instead use a more filling foodwithbetter effect == more economical for the consumer. Slap a Cask/Barrel (whenever they start to work) on it for more charges (and to save on meat costs) and there you have it.

So what do you think? Does this sound right : ) ?

Here is the thing, any additive it good. If you use additive X, then you can use those experimentation points normally put into X and use them on Y giving a bigger buff on Y while X still has the same buff. You can go crazy though and tailor make the food so that it is very low filling, very long duration, high effect. The only think I see being somewhat useless is quantity as you can make two crates of a better buff with same uses than one crate with lesser buff with the same uses.

With that in mind the 'best' additive is easiest to make. So yeah, I aggree that production food will be 99% nutrition. Still the custom buffs where getting the filling down would be important for some, but hard to do.

Good, Bad,I'm notputting an additive in it unless it's requested by the customer. They're lucky to have me stock casks of drinks, much less sit here and keep a stock of all 3 weights and all 4 types of eachBE enhancer.

What's good to one user may not be good to another, so any speculation over what's better is all in the eye of the beholder.
