Can someone explain to me if I am understanding this right? I will use some simpler numbers just to keep it ... well.. simple.
Take 2 products:
Vasarian Brandy has a filling of 50 and lasts 35 minutes; assume the nebulous "buff" is +150
Spiced Tea has a filling of 10 and lasts 35 minutes; assume the nebulous "buff" is +50
Also assume your stomach empties in 45 minutes.
If I take 1 Brandy and 5 spiced teas, I will be at full. My buff will be +150+250 = +400
after 5 minutes (actually 4.5) I can take another Tea, so my buff will be +450
After 22 minutes, I take a Brandy, and my buff would be +600
After 35 minutes, the buff drops down to +50, but I can take another Brandy to bring it up to +200
After 40 minutes, I can take another Tea to go up to +250
After 45 minutes, I can take another Tea to go up to +300
...and so on...
Is that more or less how it will work?

Your design is sound, but the numbers are a little better than what you worked with. The stomach empties in 30 minutes, not 45. And Spiced Tea (unless they changed it last night) will probably have a filling of 8 (the full range is 9-6), so you'd be able to drink six teas for a total additional mind pool of +300. The stomach will empty enough to drink another tea in about 2.5 minutes.
