I heard a rumor a while ago that your character can gain weight and/or become fat by eating too much food too often- especially pasteries. I've never confirmed nor denied this outright - nobody I've spoken to seems to know 100% for sure, but not everybody's heard this rumor. I know that I spent a while day eating Air Cakes as I made them (while Training for Domestic Arts III), and after I was all done my character looked not a gram heavier.

Any ideas if this is true or not? Does this perhaps only happen if you eat certain high-level pasteries (Under the Chief profession).

With all the running around you do, it would be VERY hard to get fat off of anything haha

Thanks folks. I wanted to know for sure before I ate too many sweets - they're easy to make and good for exp for the level I'm at. I didn't want to ruin my Dancer figure

Who knows though, maybe it's a feature-to-come. Although I've not tried it yet, somebody I spoke to said that you can't truely get 'drunk' either from drinking too much alcohol (as in EQ-Style drunk where you stagger around, slurr your words, and can't see straight). We both speculated that, when they do their first passover of the chief/artisan/food groups, they may implement both weight-gain features and becoming-drunk features.
