You guys! Don't point it out! We might lose one of the very few good items we can make!

I'm not a chef myself but I agree: I yesterday bought some spice that gave +500 focus for 500 seconds what is a VERY usefull buff for sampleDNA and other mind pool draining stuff. I knowno single chef item that comes even close to this. Spice does indeed have a shorth down period(temporarry negative effects after the spice has worn out) but it is very shorth. Making spice is only one of the many things a smuggler can do but chefs can do nothing else then making buff stuff.

The bio engineerd componets for chefs are currently not working. I also think that the bonuses of bio engineerd components for chefs are too small. Those components require hard to find materials like reptilian meat, that alone will cost you a lot. Unless they improve the effect of bio engineerd components might it not be worth the valuable resources.

I would also like the addition of bio engineerd componets that gave temporary skill bonuses to chef food. That would increase the demand for food a lot!

I'm so pissed about that, on the bazaar I am always completeing with foraged foods and spices, I mean they can sell for much cheaper because they didnt even need to find it, and it's potency far outdoes a lot of the stuff I can make. I hope they introduce poisenous foraged foods, that'll teach 'em to stop picking stuff off up the ground and eating it.

Not only are chefs unbalanced when compared to other Artisan professions, but we're also unbalanced within our OWN profession. If I'm not mistaken, Tatooine sunburn gives huge amounts of exp and buffs up Strength and Constitution by 1500 for several minutes.

Okay, so why is this seemingly the ONLY good Chef food? Nothing else even compares! Unfortunately, you have to go Mixology II to go there, but that wasn't my plan originally. The developers must not know the meaning of the word "balance:"

-Domestic Arts IV goods are better than almost all Chef goods

-Tatooine Sunburn isreally good, infact, it's TOO good for it's skill level. Therefore Mixology seems to be the only good skill branch.

-Allother chef foos are terribleand are AWFUL for their skill level.

I mean, it's really insane. I think anybody else in the world could have done a better job designing it--even my dog. Is there some alterior motive here by the devs? I mean, how could a colossal mistake like this have gone unnoticed? Or maybe untested?

+1000 is a lot..but it it's in strength and constitution...something more useful would be a regeneration buff, or a health, mind, action buff.

keep that in mind.
