I am a Novice Chef on Bloodfin. I Have seen one other bloodfin Chef post so far. I don't have my first box yet because i can't make more than about 50 items before my brain gets itchy and my eyes watery. So I go do destroy missions with my 600 healthpoint Mon Cal. Thankfully I have Merchant so at least one of my skills does advance every other day. People are starting to buy my food because I took you all's advice and held people by the hand to teach them about the wonders of crafted food. Well worth the time. I can now sell 35 items a day. (Chef wannabe's beware, little cash flow.) No point to all of this. Just wanted to say I am here, I am Chef!

I don't know if I'm the only chef on Eclipse. I've seen other people put food/drinks on the bazaar but I think they are going for the Tailor section.

I'm one of a very few on Lowca. I get /tells from playes who are interested, but in all cases they are just wondering...they REALLY don't know how powerful foods are.

A perfect example are my Starshine Surprise Drinks. I have many with 136+ to Strength and Stamina with only -33 to Focus. And they last over 6 minutes per use.

That's STRONG stuff when it comes to hunting, ect. I'm hoping for two things:

1. Over time players will realize that foods in this game is the same as buffs in other games. Chefs are support mages.

2. SWG makes foods more viable, ESPECIALLY after Novice Chef level...Dom Arts foods are better...THAT IS SAD!!!

Chef on Naritus here.

I check the bazaar but never see any other chef's, glad to know I'm not alone.

I did see something that really pissed me off on the Bazaar, some guy made Spiced tea and named it "Dark Jedi Tea" and was charging 1000 creds! I just flooded his market with cheap andmore effective beer, starshine, and bliel,I hope he learns his lesson.

LOL I'm just unlucky...

For some reason Ahazi, the server I'm on, has 2 other chefs IN MY REGION, which happens to be Coronet, Corellia. Here's the ironic part: Agnius (who is Rai in game) suggested to me to move to Coronet because food sells faster there. Sure enough, I was able to sell much of my food over the bazaar and at the cantina. At the same time, there were several other chefs ALSO making food for usually cheaper prices.

Haha, right, who would have guessed? Travel to the town where there's the MOST competition and sell more anyway.

Felzor, we are trying to work on this. Reason the limited chefs are underselling themselves is that noone wants there food. We are having problems selling tat sunburn, if you can imagine that. We will start informing our server through posts shortly about the benifit of food. Spices are selling, shadowpawn is going for 200 a pop, but food isn't.

Hopefully we can generate some interest, and help stabilize food prices. Just be patient, we are working very hard right now. And will start posting daily weekly informative menu's. But we have to wait a few days, till we have both have the resources available to fill demand.

Sorry coronet didn't work out for you. Try bartending in the cantina, i do that from time to time. sell a few drinks, and your in good company with all the entertainers. They will even help advertise your items for sale. Give them a entertainer discount aswell, they will buy your stamina buffs.
