I added a BEenhancement to Soypro and it added the extra stats. But when I put the Soypro in the Meatlump schematic the added statswent away. Is this proper? Has anyone else noticed this?

Before the patch the BE enhancement would not add the stats to Soypro.

I made some Veghash from Soypro with a 19% duration bonus from a Micronutrient Supplement. I made a couple with the supplement and a couple without the supplement - all using the same ingredients. I saw that the duration was correctly about 19% longer when I used the supplement.

I've seen the duration components working correctly as well. Unfortunatley, they almost double the number of resources in the food for a modest (35%) bonus

I can confirm this as well. The micronutrient supplements now correctly extend the duration of food buffs, or so it appears. However, they look like they will be a lot more expensive to incorporate than they are worth.
