Before the patch, you could use Sillustian Gin (spelling?) instead of regular alchohol for Breath of Heaven, making it much better than you could with the regular alcohol.

Is there such a substitution post patch?

No, there's only the one type of alcohol now. Maybe we'll get an "advanced" component in a publish or two.
