Well, unless you can make power converters and control units (Master Artisan components) you're better off just finding a local MA who keeps crates of these stocked.

Oh, and I wouldn't worry about these right now anyway. They're bugged, giving the same number of doses as a small glass, so unless you're collecting for the time when they work it's not worth the bother.
