Chef Archive

Can't seem to get my additives to show up in my resource selection box when I go to craft any item. If I pull up my inventory window and drag from there it says that this item can not be used in this slot. Its a light food additive which the recepie calls for, but yet it doesnt recognize it when crafting or when dragged into the slot. What am I doing wrong?

There's two different things you're dealing with here. First is the "Food bio component" you get from the bioengineer, it looks like a green coffee pot. That can only be put into an "additive" of the same size. The additives are in the DomArts and Chef skill trees, and look like various sized glass cylinders with red liquid. Put together the bio component and some water, and you've got an additive that can then be put into an actual food item.
