Flameout is a drink that will reduce a hight % of damage for x number of hits.
Alcohol is a subcoponent that is used in making drinks like brandy.
Hope that helps.

I just made some flameout using Multisaccharide Pentamate tissues (only averagequality though due to low stats on milk) which produced:
98% reduction
7 attacks
67 filling
6 uses
Jedi's have been asking for this because they sometimes get caught unbuffed by BH's and this gives them ample time to force-run away. Not sure on the price a crate yet. Need to figure up the resource-cost due to the amount of milk used in the tissues.

I made flameout one time just to test it out. I got something like 167% damage reduction for 3 attacks and something like 60+ filling. The guy who ordered it never ordered it again

Well it seems you can get Flameout very high without an additive anyway, I think the range is 70-100% Damage reduction.
So with good resources, you can easily reach 95-98% I think (95 should be around 83% experiment, quite realistic with good resources. 98 is 93% experimentation, guess its around the limit unless you got AWESOME stuff)
Anything above 100% obviously is pretty much useless, 167% Damage Reduction doesn't give you anything back (would eb nice though
)
So I would make it either with flavor additive to last for more attacks. you should be able to squeezes 60-70% more out, that can be 2 or 3 attacks here I think.
Or you make a filling additive to reduce the high filling. But I think you can never go below the actual minimum filling of the food (unlike nutrition additive, where you can go over the limit), so 42 would be the lowest filling you can reach.
Personally I'd go for the flavor additive, if you can get your hands on some.
