does aircake(it increases your chance to dodge) work for any profession? or is it specific to fencer and pistoleer?

Air Cake, Pikatta Pie, and Fizz pudding (all give the same bonus, just for different power/duration/filling) all make attacks more likely to miss in the first place, it doesn't improve your chances of "evading" the attack if it does count as a hit. This isn't actually a buff to the "Dodge" skill, despite the unclear wording.

The bonus works for all professions.
