Hi all
Ive been doing some testing with Ruby Bliel. As far as I can work out it is supposed to cut the reuse time of a stim. It says it lasts for 20 mins or so (the stuff Ive made).
issues are
1. Does cut the reuse time - to nothing (you can immediately use another stim)
2. Once 2 stims have been used, the Ruby Bliel bonus drops, regardless of how soon after drinking it is
I also noticed that you onyl seem to be able to have 3 or 4 food effects at any one time. I consumed Kanali wafers, Ruby Bliel, jawa beer and Vasarian brandy (in that order). The Kanali wafers had over 1 hour duration, but as soon as I drank the brandy, the Buff icon for the wafers disappeared, and the +100 health bonus was no longer visible.
anyone else seen anything like this?

I think the Bliel is a prep food ie limited uses, long duration. Mods on food don't stack, I believe the bigger one will over write the previous. Canape and Brandy stack as Brandy is mostly regen and canape is buff, or at least they don't overlap on the same stats and effect. Smaller foods are more easily stacked but limited mod/buff so not useful when punching slightly above your weight, which is where the funs at
