Thread: Synthsteak lasting 30 seconds? Flameout lasting 4 seconds? OH COME ON!!!!
It's a known issue that Higgins has brought up with the devs. The devs just haven't bothered to respond. A lot of us had pre-CU synth & exo that is all garbage, so you're not alone. As for the uses yes it's annoying but you can make one practice one first - I mean, you don't get your schems perfect on the first try anyways do you? That's really not too big of an issue to me albeit it is still a tad annoying.
Just make sure to add it to the name or your customers won't know how many uses either.
Its a mitigation mod so its only s'posed to work for a short term, similar to equilibrium but limited to small time frame and speed rather than instant.
The poison and disease cure food n' drink doesn't have any duration but its gotta be useful to Endor hunt parties without a doc/cm.![]()
Oh please! Your trying to say that a food lasting 4 seconds should be "normal"? If this is what the devs intended then we CAN kiss most of our food sales good-bye. Nobody is buying even Synthsteak that last for 30 seconds....it's not practical for use in combat and makes no sense. I am holding out some hope that the DEV's just had a bug here that made it through and this will be fixed.
I knew there was an issue with foods like Synthsteak that converted during the CU but I thought if you crafted it up new, post-CU, then it was working. GuessI was wrong.
I have been as loyal as anyone to SWG and SOE playing in the original beta of this game and having my characters in Radiant since day 1, never having dropped my accounts. I now have 3 characters in Radiant, two I play and 1 my 6 yr old boy plays. But how much loyalty can they expect with stuff like this happening? As our 10th guild leader I am getting tired of one player after another leaving SWG for games like WOW and EQ2......it gets tough to convince them to stay when they have so much ammo against it and I have such little in defense!
I've brought it to the devs attention, no responce as yet, but its most likely a bug.
