Is there a link? I checked the stickies but may have missed it. Thanks. I am really trying to like the CU. This will help to understand it.

I updated the food chart linked to in the "Read this" sticky, all the numbers and effects listedthere are now the post-CU values. Some of the numbers are still a little fuzzy (especially drink stack size, since those don't display during crafting).
All the stat buff foods changed. Some foods have stayed the same (synthsteak, travel biscuits, Air cake, pikatta pie). Citros gives a Heal efficiency buff now, not accuracy. There are accuracy foods (Crispic low bonus to melee and ranged, Corellian Ale and Deut Pyro give higher bonuses to single one).
Foods that used to last for a number of events (# of hits for synthsteak, # of xp gains for ormachek) are lasting for seconds instead of events, that's most likely a bug, no word yet on when it might be fixed.
All the "Defense vs. {state}" foods changed. Most of those are now "{DoT} resist & absorb" (one for bleed, one for disease, one for poison, etc).

Thanks Kriles. Still remember you from when we used to hang out at the hotel in Restuss when you would dance all the time when the game first came out. I appreciate the post and I found that link too. (was tired last night) I always used to say "Shake that azz!" all the time. LOL.
I noticed some of the DoT resists foodswhich I thought were cool. I do miss my Citros Snow Cake though. I hope that will help the bonus on my personal stims though as to not waste what I have bought already. I will look into the Ale most definitely.
Wow, this is a totally new game again. Guess I have to check the other profs boards now too. Thanks again!

Hey, I very rarely danced! To get the dance xp for master Entertainer I usually found some out-of-the way area so I wouldn't embarass myself. 
Yeah, things are pretty different. Not quite as overwhelming as the chef revamp we got last year, but pretty close. If you want to try out any of the new foods, feel free to email a request (well, once the server comes back up). I've also got a lot of stuff up on my vendors, I had a pretty wide variety and most of them converted ok. Although some (especially stat buff foods)aren't showing the nutrient bonus on the crate, but those'll fix up when you pull out a stack.
