How does it work? Seems to get different answers. Is it:
1) If you have one chef buff active for one stat you can not use another food which also buff the same food?
2) Highest buff sticks?
3) Last buff stick (for example if you have one buff buffing health+action and buff after with another which buff health the last health buff will stick)
4) First buff stick (meaning that if you buff over only stats that are not buffed by the first buff will stick)

Interesting questions and I'm not suggesting any answers as I'd like to see some results too.
However, I found something interesting tonight.
1. I could not buff the same food twice.
2. I took Crispic which buffs melee/ranged accuracy for about +40 for 14min. Then I drank Deuterium Pyro and the Crispic disappeared and I received the Deut pyro buff. The Deut pyro has a buff of ranged accuracy +130.
So, this is very inconclusive, but from this scant piece of evidence we may hypothesize that the same food buff cannot be buffed while one is currently active. And, that, if a higher buff is applied, the higher buff COMPLETELY replaces the other buff.
Now to test this more ![]()

It seems to me you can't stack food or drink buffs, but you can stack spice to food or drink buffs.
