Thread: Regarding Subcomponents
I've heard a few people say that the quality of subcomponents does not matter. I'd like to qualify this a bit. Admittedly, I cannot speak to the experimented vs. non-experimented debate, however, the resources used to make the subcomponents make a HUGE difference. Most people here quote the Tatooine Sunburns, since I am (and will be for a very, very long time) only a novice chef, I'll have to use Blap Biscuits as an example. Using a better wheat for the dough, and Kari for the Syrup produces a product with easily twice the starting nutrition (and about 3x the range) as one made with inferior resources. I tend to use factory components that have been experimented to the best of my ability, so as said, cannot answer the first. If anyone has conclusive evidence to that one, please post here.
