Thread: I hate to ask it but....
When people ask me for pet food, they usually want a lot of it for as cheap as possible. Generally, I sell them Stewed Gwouch at 250cr since that's typically what it costs me to make them and I'm practicing them anyway. I can churn them out pretty quick so I don't keep them waiting long and each stack is at least 4 uses.

P.S.
Those that start out buying only pet food from me, end up getting interested in other foods/drinks as well. I keep them informed as I level up so they know what my best products are and what I plan to sell them for. Most of them have been very encouraging and supportive of my endeavor to become a Master Chef. So, I've made some good friends/contacts from being "the Fancy Feast" chick. It's only a matter of time before they fix us, right?
I'm still unsure as to whether I like making CH's thier pet alpo. I know that's not what my class is for, and its kinda like asking someone to cook a steak for your dog.
For the chefs that want to make the pet food, does anyone do it for profit, and how are you doing for it? I MAY begin appeasing the CH's but quite personally i'd rather spend the time in a cantina passing out my xp grind food/drink for free, instead of making Purina Rancor Chow.
Certainly can't be a pleasant, or fragrant line of work.
I wish we could get a CH comment on this..
I mean what's better... a nice stack of 9 food, or a longer duration??? I'm going to guess the actual buff doesn't really do anything for the pet... but does the duration keep their stomachs sadatidedfor a longer period of time?? Otherwise we should try to make larger stacks.
OR... CHs should actually be interested in buying factory crates even if they are a bit broken... since it's a nice stack of 25.

I dont sell pet food at the moment.
Once factories are fixed, I'll be running crates of 25 wastril breads with 13 uses each... so 325 uses. Probably charge 10K for them. They're not really worth more than 30cr/use, but I dont want to sell at less than 4cr/unit of resources. Actully, I'd probably sell 15K for a crate of 325 uses... If they wont pay that much, thats their choice... Pet food would hardly bea profitable line of work anyway. Also, interestingly enough, wedding cake has 10 uses at abou 30-40% experimentation, IIRC... It could make good pet food... Though I really wouldn't want to sell wedding cake for pets
Maybe I could rename it or something...

I usually sell them my wastril bread that hadfailures duringexperimentation. I usually sell for 80 credits because I know other people are selling for 100, and trying to be competitive.
(I actually saw somebody selling protien waifers on the bazaar for 500 a piece.

Did it sell?
I think they are still up there. Haven't checked my sales in a while (kidding!)
I'm a Ranger, but I use a pet when I hunt. I don't know any Chefs really, so I rely on buying my pet food from the Bazaar. I would LOVE to buy a crate of food, especially one with so many uses per item.
I'm on the Chilastra server, and my name is Gaaryca. And I know it's tough for you guys and you might not like making food for pets. But I do know you all have to craft like mad to level up, and I assume you either practice mode it, or give away/throw out what you don't need.I'm not worried about the price, I'm just looking for a way to help you, and to help my pet.
