I was wondering what Mullusks and Crustaceans are used for?

I always loot 1 or 2 of each from the Kliknik Temple on Yavin, and was wondering if Chefs use it?

As far as chef schematics are concerned, they're the same as meat. Other types are easier to get in better quantities, so you'd be better off offering them to BEs, since some tissues specifically require those. Or maybe just "seafood", which I believe includes both of those plus fish.
