I created some last night and it worked fine at 97% time reduction.

However, when I made a 100% batch I found out a nasty secret. It doesn't work at all.

This might be old news, but couldn't find any comments about it working unless 100% (whence it must reset to 0% since you're probably supposed to be unable to get 100%... although that would be nice.)

I've seen 3 people state it works now from Ahazi. I've just made 2 crates just to get guildies to test this for me. I'll post the results here
