Hello all,

I'm wanting to know if there is a Chef out there who can provide me with a list of HAM buffing foods/suplements. Basically, I'm looking for a food or suplement that will buff Health and Action, and their secondary stats (like Brandy does for mind). Any info would be appreciated, and I would be willing to send you a fair in game tip if you can provide an actual list of foods and their buffs. I'm looking for something I can carry around with me and use in a pinch when a master doctoris nowhere to be found. Thanks much all.

Accaragm is an exact duplicate of brandy, except it does Action/Quickness/Stamina. Stats should be comparable (i.e. +220ish for non-enhanced, +400ish with BE additive).

Garrmorl covers the Health/Strength/Constitution stats. Unfortunately due to a weirdness in the resources andstat requirements it's tough to get it over +170 non-enhanced.

Those are both drinks, and filling is around 50 (same as Brandy), so you'll only be able to take two out of the three.

It's great for customers, laid out by stat/skill buff and giving a range of expected buffs/duration/filling.
