Is there such a thing for a macro to help u craft foods isntead of having to keep clicking all night? Can someone help em on where to find one of these?

If you have a mouse with programmable buttons, set the middle button/mouse wheel click to double click, that helps a LOT (I heard of this after getting master :/)
I also had these as macro's on the toolbar for the last 15,000 xp or so:
/ui action toolbarSlot00;/selectdraftschematic 34;

/ui action toolbarSlot01;/selectdraftschematic 34;

/ui action toolbarSlot02;/selectdraftschematic 34;

/ui action toolbarSlot03;/selectdraftschematic 34;

Had those on shift_F1 to shift_f4, with food crafting kits on f1 to f4. This will use the kit and select schematic number 34, so all you need to do is add the ingredients, then hit enter twice. (this number will vary depending on whether you are at a craft station, what skills you have etc so you will have to experiment)

Using a macro that means you can grind crafting unattended would involve breaking the terms of service, and is bannable, so I wouldn't recommend asking about that here, if you hold your account dear...

It's possible with the ingame macro'ing engine to make macro's that all you have to do is click the resources though

Those are in-game commands.

I'd highly doubt that using commands SOE provides us would be considered a bannable offense.

I meant external programs(like AC tool) are bannable. The ingame commands are fine, since you have to be attending the macro to actually make stuff

anyone find the command for making a practice item???

No mention of anything AFK in either of the 2 posts, although if they ban every AFK macroer that uses the ingame systems alone, they'd lose 99% of entertainers.

Unless you use 3rd party systems, you cannot account for critical failures using the ingame system anyway

Actually, the macro that was posted on the weaponsmith board will take care of those crit fails for you. the macro I'm using goes something like this (going off of memory):

/selectdraftschematic 50;

/pause 4;

/nextcraftingstage;

/nextcraftingstage;

/createPrototype;

/create prototype;

I open the crafting tool, hit the macro, and put in the resources. When it crit fails, it just doesn't produce anything, but no pop-ups show up. You also don't have to wait for all the loading times at the end of the crafting process, i.e. Uploading customization data, etc. It just goes right from the schematic page to counting down. The only problem with this macro is that no one has found a way to do practice mode with this yet; however, using this I can grind out Ithorian Mists with 6 crafting tools, and get back to the first one just as it's finishing up. I disable deletion confirmation in the options menu for clearing out all the extra Mists I end up with, goes quite fast. Definately a much faster grinding process than I was used to before. With the big pile of resources I had stockpiled for GrindFest 2003, I went up through the Desserts line in one night. Very nice.

Thx for the replies. I got the macro down, I just need the command to practice and not to actually produce the item. I too run out of room with all the westril bread

Can anybody help me on this?

BTW J2, I asked nothing about ACTool nor going afk. I asked for a macro, if it were a banable offense they wouldn't allow u to take ur own in game using the keyword "macro" as a tab.

bump! Anybody find out how to edit it to do practice mode only?

just set practice on the first one manually, all others are practice then until you turn it off

i tried to use the macro from the weaponsmith boards...and i couldn't get it to run...kept ending my session. Could you explain how to set this up for me? I'm a bit confused. Thanks.
