Thread: Fractions on buff amounts. Do they matter?

First I'll use the example of Bivoli. Considering the quantities are being multiplied by 800-900 even a .1 difference in Bivoli would show up in a buff. Therefore I can conclude that +24 and +24.9 Bivoli doesn't matter. Both are +24. I didn't test this with those 2. I tested it with 15.5 and 15.7. Both gave me the exact same results as a +15 would(used the buff calc).



Now this got me thinking as to if the fraction matters on anything. For unarmed I highly doubt it does. All the stat does is add exactly that amount to your min and max dmg. I have never hit anything for 234.6 dmg.


Has anyone found an exception that x.5 would be better than x.0 for a food or drink? Or has anyone come to the same conclusion I have in that it doesn't matter at all and is a waste of exp points.
