Here's my scenario: I would like to get into the resource biz.
Brandy is a hot item, so I figure, "Hey, I'll harvest Berries" but I don't know much about it. I read the FAQ, but it's pretty involved to run through all the math and do all the experimentation calculationsand I figure an expert chef might be willing to answer a simple question. Sooooooo:
What's the order of importance for the stats on berries? (I.e. what are the stats you really look for--is it just an overall average or is there an order?)
I would appreciate it if I don't get bombarded by "Hey newb, do a search, or read the FAQ post" responses. I read the stickybut I figure an experienced chef would know off hand. So since it takes just as long to post a flame as it does to post an answer if you know it, please be cool and just post an answer or don't post at all.
Thanks!

In order to produce high quality brandy, you must have very high stats in PE most importantly, DR (for filling, to get to 50%) then OQ and finally flavor.. in that order, and the curve must stay as true to those, as you can get it. (If you have a 150 oq, it will severelly bring down your power of the brandy, so you all stats should be atleast 600 if possible) Great berries make great brandies!

another thing to note is that berries arent the only thing that makes the brandy. Nutrients are just as important. Very high pe, flavor and oq flora and meat are required for a high quality nutrient. So while the berry crop isnt as good as it could be, dont forget the other stuff.
