Ive been trying to find a master chef on chimaera for several days no, but to no success 
Maybe this post will bring me some luck!
Im looking for the food that enables you to buff faster, havla I think its called.. If you have it, please asnwer this post with a waypoint to your vendor!

I'm a master Chef on Chimaera on Akev, I think you are looking for Havla, but it's still not clear if this works.

I have havla on my vendor, but it rarely sells at all. If it dont work you are free to return it. Only in crates.
My vendor is in Freedom City in the cantina on talus

The last time I checked (just after the last publish went Live) it still wasn't reducing the time between heals. For a medic (at least with 0000), normal wound heal time is 30s. Eating a "Recovery bonus: 50" havla reduced the "countdown" timer (the "you cannot do that for T seconds"), but after 15s all I got was "you must wait before doing that" until the normal 30s wait expired, when I could successfully heal again.
FYI, if you get the Havla to "Recovery Bonus: 100" (requires an additive and pretty good resources) it does reduce the wait to 0s, although it still seems to spit out the "you are ready to heal more wounds" message 30s later. Spamming heals burns through mind pretty quick, though.
