Master chefs can yes. Chef is a typical crafting grind, stay away from the mixology line as you need drink containers for those. There are a few items we make that don't require subcomponents, however nothing we make requires huge amounts of resources, so it may be more than a couple of days.

Cantinas can be placed by Master Chef, Master Musician, and Master Dancers. The skill is only needed to place the cantina in the first place, you can continue to own it after dropping skills.

The FAQ in the "read this" thread has a section devoted to grinding through quickly.

Hi, my guild needs a cantina so i am thinking about placing one..however is a cantina placeable to chefs or something else? id have to master chef for it right? Can i use it after i drop chef? Provided i never pick it up again.

If it works anything like merchant i can use my tents after they're placed but beyond that if i try to move them i need that skill box back. Any ways, if I do chef is there a guide anywhere to grind through it in a couple days?
