How much are those ancient broken lightsabers worth? Are they worth anything at all?

You should go to your own Server Trade. But, if you ask me, they are worthless, except for the 3k to get to Dathomir to do the mission.

It's the sellers market. In our misc vendor we sell them for 25k but I am sure they can be sold for much much more. Misc items are always hard to price. Good luck.

Just a question, a portion of leather is that 1 or 1000 units?
And is there a link regarding approximatly pricing ofitems?

The problem with price lists is prices will be different on each server and will change almost daily. Price is what someone will buy it for. Either put it on a vendor with a huge price and continue to lower it until someone buys it or put in on a vendor for what you are willing to sell it for. If you underprice it then someone gets a deal but you get your credits.

Trade Forums for your server give the best information on prices, (other than the vendor suggestion above - this only works really well if you have a frequently visited vendor). You may find auctions for similar items and many users frequent the trade forum and are familiar with the price range of a most items, and happy to help. There is a sort of unwritten standard min. bid for many items that varies per server but occasionally prices can exceed expectations - one man's rubbish is another man's treasure so to speak
Regarding these items
Ancient Lightsaber: This is a quest item, but not one that can be infinitely attained as I believe he calls you a thief if you return without the saber in main inventory or something. however it is a generic item with no use within the game other than decoration. The 25kmentioned is reasonable, as you took the effort to go and go it and many characters would rather pay than make the trip themselves. On the other hand expect a few people to flame you for trying to sell a "useless" generic item - if you explain this before you have covered yourself. As trading working weapon lightsabers is an exploit they should realise that this is generic anyway. A 10k starting bid aucion may bring you a nice surprise, but if you like it as a decoration then keep it.
Heavy Duty Leather - (this is one unit, although you may loot more than one at a time): This is fluctuating at 25k-100k a piece on trade forums and being a recently new loot addition is yet to settle at a standard price. Some vendors are already well stocked with this loot at 25k a piece, whereas auctions still fetch in excess of 200k. I am still unclear myself what these actually do but I believe them to be required in the new crafting apron schematics. Speaking to a crafter may help you understand pricing these if the trade forums prove too messy.

Depends entirely on your server and the current demand for these tapes, I won an auction for a +1 tape last week at 700k.

There were some auctions in Bria that sold for 1 mil+ so your mileage really varies from server to server.

Heh wow.
I've paid 750k for +3 and 500k for +2.
I wouldn't pay a dime for a +1 tape unless I had +19 already and a free slot somewhere. We only have 7 slots for experimentation and we need to get +15 in 6 (+5 for apron is a given) so a +1 is a place where a +2 or 3 could be imho.

Well I also paid 200k for a +4 tape while standing at a starport. I actually had already turned it down, I had +20 at the time and was looking for a +5 tape if the opportunity came up. I assumed the seller would want an insane amount for it. When I heard him mention 200k to another person at the starport, I quickly changed my mind. I probably would have paid over a mill for the +1 tape. I was too close to +25 to let it slip away and wait a few weeks possibly for another seller to appear.
