I am trying to figure out what Chef tissues to stock on my vendor. From what I have read it sounds like the main tissues you Chefs use are the "increase nutrition" tissues {Micronutrient Supplement / Broad-Spectrum Nutrients / Intelligent Nanonutrients}.
Have I got this right? Also, could sombody give me a rough idea of the stats you are looking for and a very rough idea of the prices you think are reasonasble, I know the are different from server to server.
Thanks in advance,

Yes, the nutritional tissues are probably the most important of all.
Stats should be around these:
- MNS: 55+
- BSN: 85+
- INN:115+

The medium sized nutrient suppliments are most popular so whilst large will sell ( they go in bivoli for instance ) the mediums sell best ( as they go in brandy ).

Stats I think depend on your server. If you have a constant supply of good meat then you should shoot for 86%+ for mediums. I rarely get this high just because I haven't seen a good spawn of meat and flora for 86's for a long time.
The lowest I will go is 83% on stat foods and I've done as low as 80% for skill bonus foods. I would expect to pay less though for these than higher ones.
I don't buy tissues as I'm a MBE as well, but if a MBE were to sell large amounts of tissues on Tempest I would consider paying 30k a crate for low 80's and 40k for 86%+ I think. Add 5k a crate for Heavies and subtract 10k a crate for lights. Again this will matter on the server though. If you can't get the meat for that price, then there is obviously no point in selling for a loss.
