To tell you the truth, most long-term BE's will refuse the request. However, most BE's will have stocked vendors or take orders for full runs. The rest of themhave removed themselves from the additive market (like me).

I was wondering what you meant, until I focused on the "schematic" part of the original post.
Sukaus, if you're just looking to buy crates of additives, you should be able to find someone. Even though BSNs seem to make up the majority of the BE's output (due to our Brandy/Ahrisa demand), MNS and INNs are there to be found.
But be very careful broaching the subject of buying schematics from a BE. There's been a lot of bad blood from both professions with this issue, and it's a little touchy.

A lot of BE's won't sell schematics because they stand to make a heck of a lot more money selling the actual product. Simple and honest.
If you shop around you can find BNS +85 for 1500 creditsa tissue or less. Some people sell them for much more but a smart shopper will just smile and say "I'll get back to you on that one."
Look at the planet map and click thePetlisting under vendors. Those vendor owners are all BE's. Check out those vendors to get an idea of how much tissues go for in your galaxy. Don't be afraid to go to different planets either. Prices will vary. When you find a BE you're happy with send them an offer in the form of an email. Tells don't work as well becausehell is...hell.
Again,a BE is more apt to direct you to their vendor than they are to make schematics for you. Good luck to you.

Hi Guys
I am looking to get both Light & Heavy Bio schematics but have been told that only Bio eng can do this i am having a problem locating one that can do it. I am currently on the sunrunner server and if you know someone that can do it or have any other info that may help me starting out as chef please do

I'm not on sunrunner but yes, only BEs can make the additives you want.

Check the Bio-Eng profession board for a sticky with a listing of Bio-eng vendors per server.
