I'm seeing some reports from medic professions (medics, docs, CMs) that Havla is bugging their ability to do anything other than /healwound.
The leading theory right now is that something was changed in pub 10that interacts badly with the hard timer caps.
Details:
If you take Havla then do any action it's bonusaffects (buff, heal damage, heal wounds, CM attack) any different action gives a "you must wait..." message. Medics/Docs/CMs can apparently still execute that first type of action.
If any chef here has medic/doc/CM (or has friends who are and are willing to test), could you check the following?
1) See if the healer gets stuck in a bad state with 100+ Havla.
2) See if the healer gets stuck in a bad state with 101+ Havla.
3) See if the healer gets stuck in a bad state with <100 Havla (hey, maybe they tried to fix this and the 100% time reduction made things wonky).
4) Does the bad state occur with all healing types (damage, wounds, /tend, buff, etc), or only certain ones?
Players have been stuck after using Havla for anywhere from an hour, to all night (including shuttles and relogging).
You may want to keep an eye on your vendor sales, and if anyone purchases Havla let them know there is an issue with it right now, but it is being looked at.

Bah, I went through all the medic/doc/CM boards looking at this issue, then not ten minutes agoa dev posted on the correspondant board that a fix has been put in.
The changed code should make it onto TestCenter today/tomorrow, getting pushed to Live next week. Any chefs on TC may want to hook up with some Docs/medics/CMs to try things out.
/sigh
Sometimes things just happen too fast to keep up.

Phew,
I was going to be mad if they messed it up big time, i JUST finished a run of 40 crates of 100% halva...it would have sucked if it now had to be 99% or something
thanks Kriles

Well.....to be honest....Havla should have an "effectiveness cap".
It's a percent reduction. As the many people complaining about the speed system have shown, that givesan ever-increasing power boost the closer you get to 100%. As nice as this food is, allowing it to complete negate all heal recovery time is (IMO) too much. Trying to deal with that by putting in "hard minimum" times for heal actions is possibly what led to this bug.
RIght now, the heal times are calculated like this:
Time = BaseTime *speedSkillAdjustment * ( 1 - HavlaBonus / 100 )
BaseTime is determined by the action (healing damage, healing wounds, buffing, etc), speed skill is the relevent Medic/Doc/CM skill (heal damage speed, heal wound speed, etc). If HavlaBonus gets above 100, the whole thing drops to zero (or negative). Some way to linearly decrease the heal recovery time with increased Havla/Ruby Bliel bonus is really what's needed.

They fixed the problem of Havla making it impossible to heal.
Did they fix the bug where < 100 Havla doesnt do anything at all?
