Thread: Publish 20 and us Crafters
From my understanding they're fixing the resource stack on vendors bug ... if that's what you mean. As far as the stat quality showing up in the crafting window yeah, it's a problem but if they're going to fix anything crafting related right now it REALLY needs to be the BE tailor issue and tailor colors issue. Focusing on that should be their priority over everything else because this is a VERY big issue (think not being able to make any drinks and all your foods coming out withrandom stats...it's really THAT bad).
And I say this even though I don't personally do any tailoring or make any tailor tissues. They've had this problem for over a month as far as I know and that's completely ridiculous.

This will be a major crafting issue if it goes live....do you know how aggravating its going to be. Not like they've even bothered to fix it so we can see drink stack size in it. Do you think they will ever fix it if it goes live?
Nope I wasn't talking about the vendor issue. If you sample on TC the number will go up appropriately in the corner of the resource stack. However in the examine window it doesn't show up and shows you still with say 5. You can split and recombine and still won't show.
The Tailor bugs are linked to the AS bugs ( for the health enhancement, BE tissue issues), at the same time the Tailor and AS factory bugs are linked (they revert to default color...if you use a factory to make them), Some of the issues are also linked to Chef and many other things as some mods like those that give Defense or Accuracy do not work properly no matter what source they come from.

HEHE, that was the first thing that came to mind. But I have 2 toons I use to craft. My chef is a twi, thus I dont use her for artisan foods, shes only 0404 artisan. So she gets 6 Exp points for artisan foods. I have a Human I use for my artisan foods, hes master and as such with +25 gets 14 points. Makes some kick ass rubies.
Im only getting 10 exp points on my chef for chef foods.
I made drinks earlier, is it just foods? My Accaragm I know I got 12 points for....hmmm

What about the fact that when you click on a resources, it use to show you the green bar or orange bar or red bar, depending on the stats. A quick easy way of telling if you've got good resources. That don't work no more, even before pub 20. I think it broke in pub 19 but a CSR told me it was working as intended.
My arse. How can it be working as intended when sometimes it does give you the bars but most of the time it doesn't, so its clearly broke.

This apparently only effects WS now. Which really does suck, but this is no longer a Chef issue. At least from what i've seen.
Have you checked in-game today?
From my understanding (I haven't had time to play on my Live character these past couple of weeks, let alone TC) it is/was on all experimentable items:
- Craft an item. Check stats after initial assembly
- Experiment on a category. The percentage goes up, but the displayed stats in the description pane remain the same.
- Complete item. The final stats of the item do reflect the experimentation done, so at least the final results are correct.
But it does make it tricky to "try out" new experiments since you don't get the feedback to see what happened until you finish off the item.
If it is just weapons, that certainly still sucks. I'll try hopping on tonight and see what I come across.
