Well I can make these things that affect mitigation:

But last I heard, they either didn't work or were borderline useless. Maybe that has changed? I may have some Synthsteak still up on my Bestine vendor, but I stopped making it because it simply wasn't selling. If you want some, I can log in this afternoon and make a few stacks and put it up.

they work as best i can see but are near useless do to uberlow duration for quite high fill
