I am not a chef but my friend has chef on one of his accounts and I am going to make some food for our own use. I am aiming to make 50 filling / 7.5 minuts BoH.
1) What is the minimum DR/OQ you need to reach 50 filling?
2) What is the minimum FL/OQ you need to reach 7.5 minutes?
Guess I don't need the best possible of these since I will probably not have exp points to lower stats further anyway.
I have tons of some good pe/oq (PE=946, OQ=1000 second best PE/OQ on server) oats but with bad DR/FL (395/10)

You need to experiment up to roughly 88% Filling to hit 50 fill BoH. So the stats you need breaks out like this:
0.75 * ( DR_Oats / 2 + DR_Rice / 2 ) + 0.25 * ( OQ_Oats / 2 + OQ_Rice / 2 ) >= 880
To hit 7.5 minutes requires hitting around 25% Flavor. The minimum stats you'd need to hit that would be similar:
0.66 * ( FL_Oats / 2 + FL_Rice / 2 ) + 0.33 * ( OQ_Oats / 2 + OQ_Rice / 2 ) >= 250
If you have FL and OQ of both resources in the 900s, you should be able to get 25% off of your original assembly, otherwise you'll need to spend a point (or two) to hit that level.

Sheesh, it's not like I'm discussing the planarity of quantized n-vectors within a convex manifold space.
