I was just looking through my newly acquired Mix II drinks, and came across Cortyg.
If we can only produce stacks of 1 from a factory, that means we can't make this drink, which requires 2identical alcohol from a factory crate, right?

No, you can make it. You need2 seperate but identical alcohols. Not 1 stack of 2.

I think you are getting the bug with factories confused
The factory will make crates of alcohol, 25 per crate, however each of those 25 is ONE use - which is perfect for alcohol etc.
The problem arises in making say, teh Cortyg in the factory.
If you hand made 25 units, you would get 25 Cortyg's, each with say 3 uses.
If you made teh Cortyg in a factory you would get a crate of 25 cortygs, each cortyg would have 1 use - so, for the same resource cost, you get 25 uses of Cortyg instead of 25*3
