This isn't meant to start any major arguements or anything like that, just me expressing my feelings for the Chef profession at this time. As some who have read my previous posts, I sway back and forth on whether or not Chef is worthwhile or not, etc etc. And this one is a big 
on our profession.
We aren't broken, we are the most functional. Its all the other professions that are broken. Very few elite professions have to work as hard to get better, as we do. Very few professions have as much flexibility as us. Even fewer have such a large potential repeat costumer base as we.
Given our role in the GCW is a tetriary support role, we have the power to sway it by selective sales. Educate your faction and not the other, sell to your faction and not the other.
If the factory fix comes, things will be sooo much easier for us. It will be so easy for us, everyone will be crying NERF THE CHEFS! (okay well maybe not to that extreme, but it will get better) It will allow us to charge closer to resource cost + maintence + 10% profit margin, or whatever formula there is.
Bottomline is, we aren't broken. We've only been minorly handicapped. And most of the other professions have it too easy. I mean they are ELITE professions for a reason. And maybe that reason is why there are so few chefs... Because Chef is the most ELITE. Only the strong survive here.
BTW, grinding wastril for days on end does suck. It is enough to make someone forsake the Chef track and be extremely angry when they learn you have to devote X amount of food crafting points to be able to experiment your food enough to make it somewhat desirable.
But my fellow Chefs, its all good!

actually, i only grinded wastril bread for like.. hmm.. a week???
but then i play like 6 hours a day, hahaha.. yar.. i suck

Finally, someone who isn't constantly complaining! I absolutely love this profession, and I agree with you. I feel unique, very popular on the game because everyone knows who I am... It's great. As soon as the factories are fixed, I will be one very happy Chef. Thank you for the pleasant post, hopefully no one else will post their complaints on this thread Or else maybe I'll just shoot them down... that's become my quest on these forums.
