What are the stats on fishmeatthat are important to chefs?

Well, fish can only be used as generic "meat" resources in food, so basically the same as that (PE/Flavor mainly for buff size/duration, with OQ and DR after that). I think BE's still require "seafood" for some of their tailor tissue recipes, they'd probably be a better market for you.

BEs require fish for Pet Stim Ds specifically I believe. Which, if you can get a large stack(10K or so) of HQ fish, I think you would be able to sell for a commanding price.
