Looking for talusian fruit anyone know a good vendor on chilistra, to buy resourcess.

Apparently you can use any berries for the brandy not just talusian berries/fruits

I haven't found many vendors that stock flora resources (well other than things like Lokian wheat that docs need). Check the chilastra galaxy forum or trade forum for posts by "FatherOblivian", there's a waypoint to "Pushy's resources" in his sig, there's usually a decent selection there, and the last time I stopped in he had some Fruit for sale, although that was sometime early last week, so I'm not sure what's still there.
If nothing else, there's a pretty good number of resource vendors around Coronet, just select "vendors -> resource" on the planetary map and wander around aiming for the green locations that pop up.

I think this is common in most galaxies. Flora other than doc resources have never been a big seller. I have almost never seen chef resources go for more than 5-6cpu. But I see weapon/armor smiths bidding resources up to 50+cpu.
Looking at it as a miner, I think it is pretty obvious which resources I would tend to harvest.

The Sin Mall had fruit today when I was there, it's on Naboo -698, +1138.
