I know all about the skill tape issues exept one. Does a exp tape dissapear if put into a chef's apro with the +5/+5 ? Or will it, by some miracle stack?

You put a tape on an apron and you can kiss it goodbye.

Generalizing on this advice.... never put a skill tape into a piece of armor or clothing that already has a bonus to the *same* skill. You will lose the smaller of the two bonuses.
