To the chefs on Gorath server, anyone still able to get +25 Bivoli?

I'm on Intrepid and I do not know of any chefs hitting 25 at the moment, but we are resource constrained. Are you saying that using resources that used to yield +25 bivoli are now only yielding +24 with the same experimentation results?

no, had to change meats, but did get at least 2 amazing successes and it would not budge over +24.6. I must have tried at least 20 times, but even with the amazings, it stuck at the 24.6

The "amazing successes" don't ever seem to affect the max % that you can reach with a given set of resources. Just seems to save on the exp points you would use to reach the max.
Anyone have a different take on this ?
