Currently I am making Vasarian Brandy in the +420's and my Canapes in the +700's. These are with bio added. Are these decent stats or low?

Sure they are good stats, we may able to get a better idea how good if you listed some of the other stats. Just about anyone can hit those levels with somewhat decent resources. What defines decent foods is what you do with the other stats.

If the canape is +420 for 44m/45m then its good brandy.
If the canape is is +700 with 33 filling and about 10m then its good canape.
If the canape is is +700 with 33 filling and about 10m then its good canape.

Sure those are good, but not terribly realistic for most 10 point chefs. I'd say if your brandy is over 40 min you are doing ok.

Very true, wasn't a put down or anything, sorry if it came out that way.
But the guy asked what was good, i know its not realistic for a brand new chef (or even a experinced one.
) to hit those stats unless they get lucky with resource spawns early on. But they are around the type of stats i aim for when i make my food.
