Was a Master Chef once upon a time, taking an alt up that road again. I'm working on building up some stock.

I've seen ranged and melee versions of crispic for sale on some vendors and was wondering what the difference is here as far as crafting goes? Is it a difference in the tissue used? Or experimenting? Also saw one thread that says the ranged version is broken...I"m just wanting some clarification.

Didn't see anything in the stickies. Thanks for your help.

When experimenting on crispic only the power for melee accuracy increase, the ranged accuracy stays at 40. Not sure if it is broken or that it is intended.

There are some chefs that makes two version of crispic. One with nutrition additives which gives a boost to the Melee accuracy(melee version)and one nutrition without additives (ranged verson).

Note that both version of crispic will have the same amount for ranged accuracy because it can not be experimented on.

Right, and for the ranged version you can experiment on timer/filling instead of nutrition which makes it nicer for ranged.

Please though... if you do this don't sell it for the same price as the melee ones. Pretty lame that a lot of chefs sell them for the same price when one doesn't use any additives (well unless you use a filling one).

Thanks for the info guys.

And no...if there is no additive in the ranged version, I'll charge significantly less. I respect my customers and want them to return.....not shun me for trying to screw them over. Good advice, thanks again. =)

Yes bigtime! I used nutrition adds on the melee version and flavor adds on the ranged version. They both sell great.

I like Flavor tissues now, good in Crispic for ranged usersin this instance, also good in things like Accaragm

You can also get a median price on both so melee players dont have to pay more for crispic

Gotik, just the person I was hoping for a response from. I tried to catch you online but that would have been too easy.

Definetely gonna go with the flavor add.

Its funny...I have a pack full of singles fromCoffee &Donuts....they are my benchmarks. Actually managed to 1 up some blob candy yesterday.I figure I must be doin somethin right.

Great job! You should check out my tissue vendor now that I don't do the Donut thing. That last spawn of Reptile meat made all the additives go up by 1. *moan* There are 65 full runs of additives up on the vendor in East Lianorm on Naboo. All prices lower than whats being advertised on our trade forums. Keep kickin it! There's a ton of people out there looking for a new Chef on Corbantis.
