Okay simple question... two in fact..
1. Will the effects from the following foods 'stack'
Vegeparsine
Vagneian Canape
Accarragm
2. If I get a doctor buff Before I take these food that gives me 10% health, +10% action and mind regen... does you answer to question 1 change? what about if the buff occurs AFTER I take the foods?

So the foods and doc buff will all stack including spice....

Food buffs, doc buffs, and spice buffs all stack.
However, I believe the %buff (spice and doctor) use your un-buffed stats to calculate the increase. So if you have 3000 Health, get a 10% doc buff, then eat Vagnerian Canape (let's say with +320 health), you'll end up at 3000 + 300 (doc)+ 320 (food) = 3620 health. If you start unbuffed, then eat the canape, then get the doc buff you should still end up at 3620, not 3000 + 320 (food) + (3320 * 0.1) (doc) = 3652.
