Okay please forgive me if this has been asked and answered before but here it goes.
Pre pub 23 i could make mando wine and hit +427, now i'm only hitting +200
Same with bespin port , was hitting +20 for 5 min now only hitting +9
I'm master chef using chef inspiration buffs, and +20 port and i'm 12 pt chef and in research facility. Why can't i hit what i used to. Please help me

What are the stats of the resources and BE additives you are using?

That really looks like you're missing the Heavy nutrition additive. Did you swap to another tissue (maybe flavor or filling)? Are you leaving it out completely?
The other possibility is that you've got a bad batch of tissues. Are your tissues / additives showing any bonuses? If crated, do they show stats if you pull one from a crate?

Yep, that's your problem.
You used heavy quantity tissues (Edible Nanoconstructors), so your stack sizes were probably coming out very nice (4-5 times the normal size). Of course, that means you're not getting the buff size increase from the nutrition bonus provided by the more commonly used Intelligent Nanonutrients.

man that stinks 
I used to buy my tissues then i got the tissue line of BE, but don't have the ability to make INN, so i'm stuck with these junk ones, oh well have to find MBE to make me the good stuff. Thanks alot for your help and responses
