I have a vendor setup in my brothers house ( 2 accounts) where I have admin access etc but I don't get get xp, my brother's char does. Is there any way I can get XP or do I have to "own" the house?
Thank you.

You have to own the house. IT's kind of a bug. You are supposed to get the xp, but he is. Same with access fee's. If you set one, he'll get the money, not you. For now, put a terminal vendor in a house you own if you want to maximize your xp. The higher the maint. rate on the vendor, the more xp you'll get each hour. If you want to get really good xp, put about 20k worth of maintnence on your vendor, then put some item for sale on the vendor for say 2 million credits. You should get about 300 xp per hour, unless xp has been tweaked. IT's been awhile since I needed xp lol

You have to wait for a week to be voted in and the votes will be counted and give you exp.

I actually seem to have this same problem once a week (about) but I have found that if I disconnect and re-connect the XP is there. Hope yours is too.

For some reason after I finish doing ID actions, i'm not getting any XP i'm not maxed at all, I'm not getting any xp at all.
Is it the lag or something I keep missing out on 2k for each stat migration and i've done 5 with no xp.
Anyone else having this problem?

If those 5 stat migrations were all done in the same session, then usually logging out and then back in will solve it and the missing exp will appear. If this has been happening regardless, dunno what to suggest.

Yeah.. you probably got training and thought you got a free 20k exp for your next level.. I was guiltily happy when it first happened to me.
Unfortunately it's just ghost exp.. the above poster is correct.. if you relog, you'll get set back to what you should have exp-wise
