Cask is a pain, and yet I make it 24/7, at least it has no serials.
Feel free to post why you hate cask. Or trim, that is a close second.

I also hate casks. I need to use a consider chunk of my lots mining this stuff. I decided to get a friend to make the trim for me, no way am I doing trim aswell! The amount of crystal gems that these things take is enough to drive me mad. The worst is when the current spawn is actually pretty good, but unless you waste it on casks you won't be able to do any drinks

i hate casks but i love them. at least since they don't have serials you can make them constantly and just use whatever batch is done being made. i guess i just got so used to making them all the time that it didn't really bother me.
back when i sold food (i still have master chef but retired from selling) i had 2 clothing factories that were always, and i mean always, making trim. good thing i've retired because the guy i could email and say 'ack i need a million crys gemstone quick' has quit playing.

On another note, making trim could be as bad but the truth is, i dont have to wait on anything to get it started and for cask I have to wait on trim and then move all the trim crates into a factory, so cask is still worse.

I wouldn't mind it if it weren't for the crystaline gemstone. Change it to generic gemstone and I'd be happy.

My last supplier is quitting their craftign char so the have just finished 20 runs for me!!! And because I knew they were quitting, I made 10 quickly so I ahve enough for at least a month or two!! Now I ahve to persuade my new supplier to do the same!!
Oh and I do this because i hate making casks. 
Too much time to make something that I use a huge amount of!!

ooo ooo lemme rant lemme rant
so my ig hubbie made me an ore recycler (see i had this bright idea that i could recycle all of my gem left overs and use them for more casks) and once you do it.. DONT... they're no longer "crystaline" and don't work.

yup, stinks. i made a chemical recycler hoping it would keep fiberplast as fiberplast and inert petro as inert petro, to combine silly small stacks into bigger ones to give my tailor hubby to make trim schematics for me. no such luck, it turns them into generic "chemical" /sigh. but it is good for water for additives.

Hmmm, mind if I borrow one of those for a few hours K? Got a bunch of milk and water I need to recycle and am missing a couple components still for mine, sigh.
And weren't we just bitching about casks in-game last night :giggle: . . . .
