It's basically like BoH but instead of +200 health regen and +50 mind regen, it's the other way around. You can get the +xxxhealth pretty much the same as BoH and roughly the same duration but the filling can be a lot lower like stated.

Dodge foods have never been a bonus to the fencer/pistoleer "Dodge" skill, it's just a generic defense bonus. It was probably given a different name to allow it to be stacked with +melee defense and +ranged defense foods.

Would you elaborate on what kind of weight it has on the overall defense bonus?

e.g. Melee def + dodge/2 = Total defense bonus

Also, is block a generic defense bonus? Or does Vayerbok stack with + Lightsaber block?
