Im trying to make some Vasarian brandy and im using a cask. I was wondering which enchancment would be best suited for this.
hyper yeast concentrate, will this produce even a higher yield, 30+ uses per unit?
broad spectrem nutrents, will this make the buff HAM values even higher?
multisaccharide tetramate, boost to flavor, whatever that does?
im a noob at this and really need some help i dont have a clue

Ok, here's what you'd be looking at:
Un-enhanced: +110-310 Mind/Focus/Will, 30-60m, 55-33 filling, 18-30 doses (since you've got a cask)
Hyper Yeast: same as base, but with 36-90 doses.
Broad Spectrum: same as base, but buff will be +176-589 M/F/W
Mulitisaccharide: same as base, but duration will be 39-90m
Caloric Conversion: same as base, but filling 46-26
Where you fall within a range is based on how high you experiment that category. Getting 50% Nutrition means a buff of 110 + 0.50 * (310 - 110) = 210. Getting 33% Flavor gives you a 30 + 0.33 * ( 60 - 30) = 40m duration. The bio component effectiveness only has a single experimentation category, so it's easier to get high numbers on those, given good resources. The effectiveness on the bio component is a percentage bonus to the related stat, so a Broad Spectrum with "Nutrition: 80" means that whatever buff is obtained from the base experimentation gets multiplied by 1.8 to get the final stat. Filling additives reduce the number, so a Caloric Conversion with "Filling: 17" means that the filling is multiplied by (1 - 0.17) or .83.
Any multiplier from the additive or drink container is done after the calculation including any rounding done on filling and quantity to get a whole number. So quantity (which has a 3x multiplier from the cask) won't increase for an experiment or two, then go up by 3. A Brandy with a cask and Yeast Concentrate "Quantity: 150" would have a final multiplier of 7.5 (3 * 2.5), it'd go up by7 one time and8 the next.
Since you've only got a max of 12 experimentation points (and that's if you're able to get your hands on +20 worth of experimentation tapes) you can't max out everything on food, even with godly resources. It generally takes 6-7 experimentation points to get a single category into the 70s.
Which additive you include is really up to you, I think they've all got uses. If nothing else, including a filling additive (the Caloric Conversion) means you don't need to spend experimentation to get the filling below 50 (the point where you can drink 2). Most customers, though, prefer higher buff size over any other bonus.
