thank you very much for the feed back it helped alot.. still getting chewed up at the entrance.. just have to get my melee character together

what do you do with the kiwi's and klitniks in ther? kill them? i'm a rifleman right now and i normaly get them to fight each other while i sneak away lol

I went into the Geo cave two weeks ago, and put a hurtin' on everything in my path. Went with a group: Rifleman/Doc, MBH (LLC baby!), Novice Medic/Pistoleer, and a Novice Carbineer. I was 0/1/0/1 Swordsman using my PH on those vuln to blast, and my 2-handed Curved on everything else. Buffed, Brandied, and in full composite. I was incapped twice, and finally overtaken while dealing with a pile of Geonsians(4), Kwis(2), and NPCs(5) who all came down a ramp at the same time after killing the rest of my group (we never saw the dood they were chasing). I was the last man standing, and took out almost half of them before I went down.

I'm sorry, but I find the unbuffed part a little hard to believe. Inorder to outdamage groups you would need to be swining fast, and maybe you forgot but our power hammers have HEALTH special move costs of 100+. If you were wearing armor and were unbuffed then you prolly had almost no strength, which means you were practically incapping yourself.

When I am buffed and am wearing my 80% comp I can solo everything in the cave, including 4 Alert Droidekas at once, which if you are wearing Ubese will tear you apart. The acklay was pretty easy, it justtook a while, and I am ALWAYS able to outdamage large groups on the Geonosian spawns.

I don't remember what room it was exactly, but it has some sort of a + sign shaped walkway in it. Theres an npc and mercenary's run in to help occasionally (which then turn on you).

Went in with pistoleer(hologrinding)/CM friend and there was some sort of bug that made the geo's keep spawning (constantly). As a MHS/Doc in 72% kinetic making sure CoB was always on neither of us got incapped once. We were deleting loot just to make enough room hoping to get better stuff. After about 20-30 mins and full inventories/backpacks we *accidentally* gathered as many droideka's, kwi's, geo's etc as we could find on aggro and took them up to the afk macro'ers at the top on our way out.

He was wearing 80% composite and got hit a lot more then me obviously (not a master). In fact each time he used a ranged stim it healed me for very little, my buffs were faster then they were damaging me (I buff for 2500 on all stats). AND I was tanking give or take 10-12 geo's that were constantly respawning with mercenaries as well.

They did however destroy the condition of my armor. It went from about 19000+ to 8000 just from that room The only thing I fear in that cave when wearing ubese is alert droidekas. (which can be taken down by about 4 /headhit3's)

One interesting thing to note.. many of the creatures in that dungeon do not get along. Kwi, Kliknik and Droideka for instance will often agro on eachother instead of you. (as long as you are not fighting them or peace out)

I found this out when trying to pull a kwi back to my group and passing a droideka then a kliknik on the way that respawned behind me.. and they all started fighting eachother and my combat window went away.

here's a question for you guys...

Do i need a full suit of composite or can i manage with the helm chest and leg portions alone..

Like would that along with buffs alow me to solo the genosian area... i've read what you guys wrote and it seems the way to beat these genosians is not to get them in a fire fight but to force the to go melee....
