Just been flicking through the chart for customers and noticed that some of the ranges are way out. For instance I'm able to purchase Pikkata Pie with a dodge bonus of 52%, filling of about 25 and duration of about 20mins. That's almost double the highest bonus listed in the chart.

Does this mean other foods are similarly potentially more powerful?

Well, it looks like the foods are without additives. As you can see, Brandy is listed as 110-200, but it can be 430+ with additives (Also I think Brandy reaches 240 without additive)

I've got a re-work of the customer chart in progress, with updated ranges and (hopefully, assuming I can get everything easy to read) two lines for each category: enhanced and unenhanced.

In the meantime, you can get a decent estimate by checking the "Food chart (for chefs)" (which I'm hosting, so I have kept it up to date) for unenhanced ranges, and multiply the buff size by 1.55, 1.85, or 2.15 (depending on whether it takes a light, medium, or heavy additive) to get a rough idea on values for enhanced foods.
