ranger should be able to pull people out of water, like when jedi run in there so no one can attack them

I never had to use /rescue, but I did have to Rez. Not as fun in RL as it is in-game.

You can tell the difference because we wear cammo and they wear bright red lycra.
The skill you're describing sounds more like a cross between a melee skill and the /drag from doc.
Rangers are creature centric. We might haul an animal out of the water, in order to beat it to death, skin it and rip its flesh from its bones, but people? Nah, thats more your PvP stuff, eh?
